Can someone give some good input, seems we have some that are not so happy!
I gave one star because I had to, really I would have given none! This place is terrible! Have had the run around for weeks. Worst insurance I have ever had! Will be changing to another service soon. Kaiser is suppose to help people not cause them more trouble and stress. So disappointed in this over priced poor service insurance

Waited in line to pick up medicine for 2and half hours
Lots of changes at this facility. Sad that the service and compassion has plummeted to almost Null. I think it's safe to assume that when you pay a high ticket price you receive better then substandard service. After all, if you walked into a lower end store you should not expect to receive the same service Nordstrom may give. Having said that, Kaiser is private care that must be paid for Every month with out fail, so I would like to expect compassionate and professional service upon walking up to the front desk.
