I just came to Kaiser as a patient & I got my Flu shot on Friday afternoon with no problem, I didn't get my insurance card yet. I GAVE MY Insurance ID # & my license to show proof of them to get my shot. Praise God
I have always been treated with respect and dignity with medical or health issues. I have never been disrespect by any of the staff in this facility.
Went there to get my blood work and the girls there were really rude. I would give the students 5 stars but the actual girl who work there.... just 2. They would talk to me in a rudely manner and didn't seem to care about my health. I have gone to other places and they would show concern. This is Kaiser... one of the top places and that's how I get treated. Never again.
Went to have my annual vision check up. The staff was very warm and courteous and the doctor took great care in making sure all was well with my eyes. I'm truly grateful!
The service is fine you are in and out pretty quickly every time,but when they owe you money from co pays you werent supposed to pay.... it's taken over 6 monthes to get 83.00 refunded to me and tree hey send me only 5 dollars here maybe 10 dollars there I'm still owed 20.00 dollars and this has been going on since April !!!!
