I just want to recognize an outstanding member of the Kaiser Redlands laboratory. Her name is Sabrina (Don't know her last name), an outstanding phlebotomist. Very gentle and very caring. I am on warfarin and have frequent blood drawings, I always wait to get her to draw my blood. If when my number comes up, it isn't with her, I wait until she is finished with her current patient. She is the best.
Hippa violation isn't a big deal the way a MA on 306/4 treated it as they had made the mistake before and wasn't a big deal, I'm sorry when you give another patient a diagnosis and treatment plan with all personal info it is, Hippa training may not of been done here properly or not at all.
