I am deeply disturbed and disappointed by the lack of patient service and care I received at Kaiser's White Marsh (Maryland) location today. Three weeks in advance, I scheduled two annual appointments, one for 2:20 p.m. and another for 2:50 p.m. I arrived early and checked in for the 1st appointment, and I was assured by staff that I would be checked in for the 2nd appointment at the conclusion of my 1st appointment.
