Nice new building
Great staff. Busy area due to metro.
I’ve been a Kaiser member my whole life. I was near this building when my car broke down. I went inside hoping to be able to use the restroom. I was told “No” and that’s it’s a “closed off building.” Even to Kaiser members? WOW! Ok!
this is a horrible i mean absolutly horrible company.... they are worthless and unprofessional.... i have been waiting to get paid a claim that was approved and owed to me for over 22 days... if the shoe was on the other foot and i owed kaiser im certain they would be threathing me will notices and calls. .....
