we had a terrible experience. charged for every little thing with no explanation or warning. maybe worth it if you have a lot of money to spend of nothing? also slipped in parking lot trying to find the building I wanted. I think they charge you for patient care too because between the admin and dr I was totally uncomfortable. MA was nice.

You are treated like cattle, get them in and get them out. I was able to only have 15 min with my dr trying to go over everything and she had to cut me short because she had other patients waiting. I felt like just another number

It is all one seamless thing pretty much. It sometimes takes a while to get connected to the wright specialist but once you do, it is amazing.

Terrible outpatient care then bad inpatient care. The only consistent message is that you’re going to be discharged! Or call the help line. No worries about how you really are doing. Just get out the door with a bandaid on your health. See you in 8hrs. Not good at care and not good for apologizing for their mistakes. Kaiser seems more intent on making their staff chart right to meet criteria for their ‘A’ status ratings for health reimbursement than actual good patient care. The doctors work like robots and seem to have limi... read more

I’ve had my doctor since 1993. He listens to me, actually hears what I’m saying. He’s super cool. Even in retirement, I’m hangin to him until HE retires. I have been with Kaiser since the 1970s.

In order to have cataract surgery you are required to attend a class. My husband waited 3 weeks for the class appointment, and because he was late, he was told (rudely) that he couldn't attend and needed to reschedule. So he has to wait a month for a class, instead of waiting for surgery. I wonder how long he'll have to wait after the class. Maybe he'll have to take another class? Who knows? Stupid!!
