IT WAS MY FIRST TIME TO BE SEEN BY A DOCTOR SINCE I CAME HERE IN THE USA.... IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.... EVERYONE WAS SO NICE AND ACCOMMODATING INCLUDING MY CHOSEN DOCTOR...!!!! I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE!!!
I like the system and everyone I encounter is great. But the website is terrible. It seems if I need to update my information or make changes, the system is either down so I can't enter anything or whatever I enter doesn't get saved. Kaiser, I know you guys have money. Can you please invest some of it into a website that, you know, actually works?
Had our second child here yesterday and I must say what a pleasure to have our baby here, our first was at a birthing home,So the hospital was new too us and a lot of uncertainty.All the staff were so wonderful to us making sure we were comfortable and didn't force us to do anything we didn't wanna do thank you so much for helping us stay healthy and helping us bring baby Luna to the world
