I received an email from Kaiser with a link indicating if you want to see how close you are to your out of pocket expenses, to click the link. Even though I was already logged in to KP, I had to log in again and it took me to the main KP page with no indication where to go after that for the information. Anyone know how to find this info.
I show up early for my 9:50 am appointment, but one of the two registration desk is closed, and the line to sign in (an pay my copay) is out the door. So, I'm 5 minutes late in dropping my sign-in sheet in the basket. Nearly everyone else in the waiting room, including those who came after me have already been taken, when 40 minutes later I get called and taken to a room, where I wait another 15 minutes for the Doctor. Ok,what do I think about KAISER?I love KAISER because KAISER help me and most of all Kaiser saves my life,,besides that my family and I we've been with Kaiser since 1985. The people are nice they really take care of you and Oh, the doctors they have the best doctors you can ever have. Kaiser are you the best. Thank you Kaiser for everything's you guys are the best ever.
They can sometimes be a drag when you are waiting, however they always get their job done and they always give 100% of what they can for you.
Would never wish this org on my worst enemy. Wish I could give zero stars.
