In today's mail I received a envelope from Kaiser Permanente. Inside the envelope was a letter addressed to me explaining that within the envelope I would find a poster. It states that I am to unfold it, hold it up to the light, hand it anywhere as a constant reminder of the healthy side is in you, waiting to turn any negative into a little motivation. They don't want to listen. And they just prescribe medication. Getting to the root of the problem takes many visits and a lot of frustration. I'm on my way to finding out the root of my problem but I'll continue to have pain until they feel that I am worthy of a doctor that can really help me.
Kaiser doctors in Santa Rosa. You should really make sure you look at your patients health history and do current medical exams before you make a darned diagnosis! Because when you don't do this, it is NEGLIGENT & IRRESPONSIBLE!!! Get your facts straight before You scare the Blank out of people!!
Kaiser Permanente of Santa Rosa, Nurses and Doctors took excellent care of me during my short stay. They were really great.
Their health care professionals are top notch I give them 5 stars! The billing/admin however is just the stupidest bunch of people alive. Their billing system is HORRIBLE, their response to customer services calls is HORRIBLE, their ability to help is non existent. Dear Kaiser, change your stupid payment management companies and or just allow us to pay our premiums and a little bit extra just in case.
