My medical care has been top notch in the 30 years I have been a member. They have adjusted their services in response to the COVID crisis and the wildfires up here in Santa Rosa. It is not a perfect system but I know I am being cared for.

Horrible Emergency room experience. They have no sympathy.

Refusing to refill ongoing prescriptions for lifesaving medications, on the off chance they could be used to make a profit off COVID patients in the future. Customers: know that even if you're able to get the care you need from Kaiser, they're still just one Trump-speech away from taking it away. Monsters. Be ashamed of yourselves.

The worst mental health services I have EVER experienced in my life! I got better service and more frequent care when I was uninsured. I could write a book on how terrible my experience has been and continues to be. stop putting walls between your services and what your patients need. I am so sick of this 'health care' I can't stand it. I cannot even walk into mercury way and speak to someone in a dept. You must call them. I could go on and on. They don't want to give care, they want to prevent care. The poster on the wall says get your care. yayyyy call in, click in, walk in. Well I walked in. Nope must call in. I am just over it after 40 years. bye bye
