This place is not what it used to be , still waiting, appointment was moved to a later time without telling me , is not quality is about how many people they can squeeze in , and if you bring it to their attention is the good old , “DMV” attitude they don’t even look at you just tell you “Doctor is running behind” 1hour and still waiting, I bet is going to be a quick 5 minutes with the Doctor,,,,,,,,smh
I work for Kaiser Permanente❤️It was my dream job Kaiser is the most beautiful company I know I am so Proud of our 🥼 Doctors. I had a patient stepped on my toe twice and my toe pain was killing me I went to see Dr. Ho and I just want everyone to know I am so amazed and I’m like wow I still cannot believe he numb both of my toes removed the ingrowing toenails which were really bad and it’s been five days my toes are perfect I haven’t had no pain before or after he started no redness and no swollen. absolute garbage you guys sell insurance in the area but can facilitate a 24 hour urgent care... why should I spend 2 hours round trip to get to an urgent care bc you guys cant staff the facility overnight in an are you sell insurance in???
GET GOOD DOCTOR'S. ONE'S THAT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PNEUMONIA & CANCER of the lungs. My Dad died of cancer of the lungs 6 wks. after he got the right diagnosis. NEW YEARS EVE JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT 1982. MY HUSBAND also died 6 wks. AFTER he got the right diagnosis of Lung Cancer, NOT PNEUMONIA. 2002 HE DIED ON FATHER'S DAY.

"We will be with you shortly". was told to come back to their offices after taking an xray, and I've been waiting for over an hour, and every time I ask, they just keep saying the same thing, and bring in people who just got here instead of the ones who still need to get checked out.
