2 West is AWESOME. i was in ICU for 6 weeks. The team (including Pulmonary and Doctors) were compassionate, rugged, caring, courageous and professional. They tried to make me feel normal when I was at my worst. They made my anxious wife feel welcome and not alone. and I survived!! I can't possibly thank them enough or recommend them more.

They do not update you on your loved ones condition. It took me 2 hours & 15 minutes yesterday to find out how my mother was. 430 in the afternoon I finally got an update but I had to call repeatedly & wait on hold for long periods of time. The nurses have been snotty and this morning she just wouldn’t answer her phone after telling me to call back. I do not recommend anyone take their loved ones here at this time. They have not figured out how to deal with this epidemic.

As of today 3/23/2020 I see NOTHING on its page regarding a man who recently died, possible Covid-19. His wife has been tested and quarantined. He visited Urgent Care, xrays..etc NOTHING!! BEWARE.
