Had absolute horrible service today, if you can call it service. Took a family member to urgent care and they would not even take his blood pressure and made us walk across the parking lot to ER where they did absolutely nothing but take his blood pressure and then released him in two minutes. Then they charged him a $245 copay for the ER and he will probably get a big fat bill too. What an absolute joke. Total lack of care. This place is not what it used to be , still waiting, appointment was moved to a later time without telling me , is not quality is about how many people they can squeeze in , and if you bring it to their attention is the good old , “DMV” attitude they don’t even look at you just tell you “Doctor is running behind” 1hour and still waiting, I bet is going to be a quick 5 minutes with the Doctor,,,,,,,,smh
Very unacceptable to wait 8 hours in the er and your here for chest pains. This is so deplorable that you would treat someone this way. Very sad.
All ER staff are professionals and fast service. Discharged less than an hour after being treated.
For some stupid reason they gave the employee's the upper half of the parking structure for medical offices 1&2 plus the entire parking lot to the right of that same structure off the Valley entrance. Apparently creating a smoking club for their employees in their parking structure is more important that makinging sure patients who cannot walk far have to park in retail parking spots across the street. �Kaiser�
Hear complaints from every medical facility. But, we have been extremely satisfied over many years with Kaiser.
Kaiser has been good to us. Clean, friendly facility.
