Took my 9 year old in to have a stubborn tooth removed. Everything was fast and efficient. My daughter had her issue solved with minimal discomfort and was grateful to return to her normal activities!
I was very nervous about my twins first visit to the dentist, especially taking them alone and 33 weeks pregnant. I shouldn't have been, they did a wonderful job. Everyone we met from the front office to the exam room were kind and helpful with the boys. I received a lot of good information and was really impressed with the office setup. I am so glad we found the perfect dentist for our boys!
I really appreciate how Dr. Kailes brings in me to my child as a parent and shows me any problem areas and explains how to correct them. As always, we love this Dentist and how they care for our children!
I was not able to attend my child's dirt appointment. However my husband went. He said it was a 10 out of 10 stars from the front of the house to the back.
My son has so much anxiety about the dentist. They have been so patient and every single person in there has been so nice to my kids.
Always a great experience under the circumstances. Staff are wonderful and Taylor and I (Mom) are always comfortable and Dr. Kaile explains to Taylor so she understands. Amanda was also great and even though it was 8am, she had a smile and enjoyed having her take care of us.
We went to our first appointment at Dr. Kailes office yesterday and it was amazing. My anxious child who I expected to be a nervous wreck and dissolve into tears didn't shed a tear. They took the time to show her all the tools, cater the experience to her sensory issues and overall make it an amazing experience. All our children will be having their dental care at this office- I only wish they worked with adults!
Staff was very friendly and helpful, our son was seen quickly and the whole procedure was very professional. They really seem to care!
It is always such a wonderful experience to visit your practice. All the staff is so welcoming and caring. Dr. Kailes is not only very knowledgeable and smart but also sweet and very kind to the kids and parents. She was very good at addressing my teenage daughter's concern about her teeth not being white enough. She didn't dismiss her concern but gave her healthy ways of dealing with it so that she didn't follow the youtube videos targeted at teens and damaged her beautiful teeth.
