Our experience was great. We were greeted by caring and professional staff. Our appointment was timely and efficient. The bottle of water offered is always a nice touch. Nice job!
I had to cancel an appointment in September and they were already booking into February. I asked if they could call me if 2 spots came open and I needed something after 330. They called me last week and had a 2:30 and a 2:40. It was the best they could do and o made it work. I really appreciated the call and working us in!
We love Dr. Kailes and her entire staff. They have been wonderful with all 3 of my children. They are patient, kind, and flexible, especially when they notice a child is a little nervous. They do their best to put the child, and parent, at ease. We highly recommend them to everyone we know!
Everyone in their office is always pleasant. We never have to wait long. The kids have a great experience each time!

This is a great place. Really have no complaints. I have two children that have been going here, one since she was 18 months. Do not plan on changing dentists ever. They are so well with the kids. I highly recommend them.

The facility was very kid friendly. The staff were very nice and helpful. My daughter was very scared with this being her first time to the dentist and they were very patient with her! I wish I could continue going here but I might have to change because it is out of network and far from my house.
