First of all, the way the staff and doctors made my daughter feel comfortable was phanominal! Making her feel involved and showing her how the appointment is to done. Even though she had a little episode of being scared, they handled her with kindness and sympathy to help comfort her. Couldn't have asked for a better doctor and assistants! Thank you!
Dr. Kailes and her crew are AMAZING!!!! We had our first visit before my son needed some work and they were so understanding and accommodating! All the girls are wonderful and so sweet! They really made him feel welcome and comfortable. The office is very well equipped with lots of age appropriate toys that can keep even my little 2 year old's hands busy!! So happy we found them!
Always an awesome experience with Dr. Kailes and her team! My son is terrified of the dentist but when he gets inside Dr. Kailes office he relaxes & has a fun experience. Thank you!

The first time we went my son wouldn't sit still and screamed and cried! I was nervous to go back for our cleaning today! We had Maggie and she was amazing! My son sat there and let her clean his teeth, do X-RAY, and fluoride! He also let DR. Jailed come in and look at his teeth! She was also wonderful! She made my son laugh and enjoy his time there!! We have requested Maggie for the foreseeable future! She is amazing and so is Dr. Kailes!! Totally recommend them!!!
I have special needs and require a lot of time and attention! Dr. Kailes and her amazing team of dental hygienists always make me feel like the only patient in the office. They are so gentle and loving and provide to me the very best dental care. I think every kid in Jacksonville should come to see them for their next visit to the dentist!!
