Always so friendly and helpful! The staff went above and beyond to help me get an appointment time that was convenient all the way to after the appointment with scheduling treatment. We have continued to come to the office even after out insurance changed and we would have to pay more out of pocket because of the peace of mind that my children have the best care possible!
I took my 6 year old daughter here as a new patient. She has been to a dentist before but nothing like this. The staff were enthusiastic with the children from the moment they are called back. Parents are welcome to join. My daughter was walked through every step in kid terms prior to starting. There were tv's in the ceiling with cartoons. Before every task the hygienist would show her the tool she was going to use, explain what it was for and let her touch it so she was comfortable with it and knew it wouldn't hurt. My daughter was very nervous but Dr Kailes and her staff made my little girl feel comfortable and as a mom I am very thankful!
I recently took 2 (my boys) of my 3 children to see Dr Kailes and she is an absolute delight! She makes an incredible pediatric dentist!! She has a natural ability to connect with kids and make them feel at ease...even laugh! What kid laughs at the dentist office? I have 1 more (my daughter) will see her in a few weeks and 1 of my sons will be seeing her 2 days during the thanksgiving break for some "extras"! I won't be taking them anywhere else! She's stuck with my clan as long as they're old enough to see her!!
The whole place was wonderful! The staff was super friendly and helpful!! Dr. Kailes was very sweet. She took the time to sit down and talk to my daughter and I and explain everything. I can't say enough about how wonderful and helpful the staff and doc were!!! Wish as an adult I could go there. Definitely recommend this office!!!

Everyone has the practice were delightful! They had a such professional but comforting personality when it came to working with my son, all their patients and each other. Dr. Kailles shows she is loving of her practice and children. Thank you!!
Dr. Kailes and her team are the absolute BEST! They are thorough, gentle, kind, knowledgeable, and fun! I am confident that my kids are getting THE BEST dental care and I'm grateful that my kids are patients. Thanks for all that you do!
