With three kids, a husband, a dog and myself, I visit a lot of doctors offices. In 17 year of constant office visits, I can say that Dr. Kailes office is the best. Everyone is friendly, helpful and all around a visit I don't mind attending. Every person is knowledgeable and attentive. The office feels like the apart of the family that you really love and want to know better. And everyone goes out of there way to make you and your kids feel the same!
Dr. Kailes and her staff are wonderful! They are so great with my girls and go above and beyond everytime we are there.
We've been frequenting dr. Kailes office for quite a few years now. Probably since 2010, 2011? I only wish we'd found her office sooner! Always greeted at the door, the staff (even during busy stressful times) are always courteous and friendly. Recently they've added a new dr. (Staman) and between her and dr. Kailes, you will never want to go anywhere else. They are both so amazing with children of all ages, even disabilities. My children love their dental checkups!
Dr Kailes is a rare gem. She is one of the few, if any, dentists that annually raises funds for a chosen cause. She takes care of her staff by treating them to continuing education events out of town that builds team spirit. The office has weekly costume days. They host holiday events. This is a very fun office with a deeply loyal staff-most with her since she opened in 2006. I absolutely love the staff and the doctors at this practice. They explain everything, and always make my kids feel relaxed! This is how every doctor's office should be - but isn't :)
My son Jacob had never needed a crown before, it was very awkward and a bit scary of a process for a nine year old boy. My son wanted to say, "Thank you for making me feel comfortable, I didn't feel as scared." Not only was he wrapped up in a Spider-Man blanket, but watching a movie of his choice and the concern and confidence of the staff really made his anxiety disappear. We LOVE LOVE LOVE doctor Kailes office! Friendly staff, courteous care, and consistency in treatment! We recently relocated to Gainesville and plan to commute for cleanings/treatments for our children. We can't bring ourselves to look for another dentist, b/c quite frankly, there's really no other dentist for us! We are raving fans of Dr. Kailes!

from the front desk to everyone we touched there was clarity of communication for the process, care, payment, and options. I don't recall ever walking away from any Dr office completely aware of process, next steps, and my options. Thank you very much
