The staff is great. They are so caring and funny and they get the job done.

The staff is always very friendly and nice. The kids are treated very well. Dr. Kailes is very knowledgeable and even though she is busy, she takes enough time to answer questions and explains information very well. We travel quite a distance to stay with the office.

My son is autistic. And 11 years old. Has had bad experiences elsewhere. But for 1st time, he enjoyed going. They understood his needs and worked with that. Knew what to do . He wants to go back. No tantrums or melt downs. It was great.
Dr. Kailes and her staff are truly AMAZING! We switched pediatric dentists about a year ago (left Safari of Smiles, Dr. Alvarez) and have been so extremely happy that we did! My 12 and 3 year old literally LOOK FORWARD to their semi-annual dental visits! This hasn't happened ever! Not with Myers Pediatric Dentistry or Safari of Smiles. Recently, my 3-year old son had to have one of his front teeth extracted due to an injury. I absolutely love this place! Dr Kailes and staff are always so sweet and caring! My son loves it here- he has never been afraid of the dentist- he is 6 years old now. His little sister is also going to start going here next month :):)
