My daughter broke two teeth at school due to accident. Dr. Kailes and staff were wonderful! They stayed late, were great with my daughter and answered all my questions.
The team at Dr. Kailes' is amazing. We've seen several dentists, as we move often due to military orders. This is by far the BEST dental office and team we've seen. We have four daughters and they've enjoyed their visits. They are great at showing you the treatment plan and any associated costs so you're not blindsided. They are wonderful with the children. I highly recommend!!!!
My children love this place, everyone is so friendly from the staff to the doctors! They are very informative and they kept my boys calm every step of the way! If you're looking for a great pediatric dentist office this is it!

Both of my children have been seeing Dr. Kailes for over 8 years. Both she and the office staff are professional and courteous and they always make the kids feel at ease. I would, and do, refer everyone that has children to their offices!
Dr. Kailes and her staff are amazing!!! My kids look forward to going to the dentist. I have been going to pediatric dentistry for almost 10 years now and I would never go anywhere else. We love the new place:)
We enjoyed the other office, but my son had his first cleaning today at the new office and it is absolutely stunning! We are so impressed with all the different areas - there is a barstool laptop/iPad area in the reception area for older kids who may want to start their homework. There are iPads throughout the practice for siblings to play on while waiting, there is a private room for consulting, and a quiet room for parents to take children who may need some privacy. Today was my sons first time at the dentist and not only did they make him feel comfortable and safe, it made me feel just the same. Staff was knowledgeable, patient and kind. We have definitely found our ped dentist office.
First time at the dentist was amazing they explained everything before they did anything so there was no fear. Highly recommend anyone who has never been or has had a bad experience to give this office a try.
