What a beautiful new bldg! We were so excited to see it! I was running behind due to work for our appts, I called the office to let them know and asked can I drop One off and leave to pick the other up just around the corner? The receptionist said sure, let me go ahead and fill out the paperwork with you over the phone to save you from having to come in. Dr Kailes was great, as always. "M" loves seeing her & cashing in his "No cavity club" token. His only regret after we left was not cooperating for x-rays to earn a 2nd token... He actually begged me to go back! 6 more months, little guy...

Dr. Kailes and Dr. Staman see all 4 of my kids. They always get us in and out promptly. They go above and beyond to help me with appointments around my busy schedule. The staff is always kind to my kids, even when dealing with my 3 year old who gets scared and upset in the dental chair. I strongly recommend them to everyone:)
We’ve been using Dr Kailes for over five years and have experienced nothing less than a stellar visit. Now that we moved, we still continue to take our kids there for their services. Since day 1 of being a client years ago, can't appreciate enough the friendly, compassionate staffs that dealt w us, my 2 kids not to mention my boy who is a difficult patient once on the 'big ' chair. From the front desk, to all dentists, dental assistants, to billing, all were just wonderful. I have been to this office 4 times over the last 2 years and I would recommend them to anyone! The professional is on key and they adore the children! My son Jace had dental work that required about an hour and a half of IV sedation last month. Yes it was expensive and we did have to pay up front for the IV sedation (I will be submitting a claim for reimbursement), but I would pay to do it all over again if needed. We were referred to Dr. Kailes when our dentist went out of network for our insurance. We were so pleasantly surprised! We saw Dr. Allison. She was patient and kind. Our hygienist, Amanda, was equally awesome. My daughter can't wait to go back!
