Dr. Kailes and Dr. Stanam are the best! Everyone in the office is always friendly, kind, and helpful. Who ever thought going to the dentist would be FUN?!
We have been seeing Dr Kailes for about 10 years. My children were 3 and 5 and at the time we lived in Northern Virginia. We were in Fleming Island visiting family when my son had a dental emergency and we went to see Dr Kailes. She was amazing, worked us in her very busy schedule and fixed my sons tooth, which had been broken off while playing and required a crown at 5 years old. Amazing staff !
A year ago, my daughter was terrified to go to the dentist...even for a cleaning! Thanks to Dr. Staman and her staff, this morning was smooth sailing---for a filling! I attribute the change to Dr. Staman and her hygienist, Sarah. Dr. Staman is compassionate, communicates with her patients and celebrates with them when the procedure is over. Sarah, was so comforting and sweet and talked my daughter through every step. My son had a great time as always at the dentist today.
My son has been coming to this office for a few years and my little girl is 2 and just had her first baby dentist appointment yesterday. I was shocked at how well she did!! The atmosphere puts kids at ease and makes it easy on the little ones. The office is warm and inviting and the kids know this is a place for THEM. We were able to get her whole appointment completed with no issues. She's excited for her next dentist appointment. There's no place I would rather take my children for their dental health!! My daughter has severe anxiety and gets extremely nervous when it comes to procedures and especially dentist offices because of a previous bad experience. So needless to say both her and I were a bit nervous walking in. They were fantastic with her. We were with Lisa and she took time telling her everything she was about to do before she proceeded . My Daughter(2 years old) had her first visit today! she did great (proud mommy moment) and I have the wonderful staff there to thank for that! they made her feel very comfortable and safe which isn't always easy to do with a toddler especially in a new environment. I look forward to her next follow up. I will be recommending my family & friends to this office.
