The Orange Park Kindergarten classes had Miss Maggie come visit our classes today and she was great. She was very knowledgeable and spoke in terms that the children could understand. The video that she brought helped the children see inside the dentist office. It was the perfect amount of time, so the students were able to stay focused. Thank you Miss Maggie, you were great.
All the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. They are fantastic with small children. My two year old is already looking forward to going back for her next cleaning!

I love this office and my kids do too! The kids are always excited when I tell them we are going. The staff is always so wonderful with the kids!
This was our first visit to this dental office. The 10 year old was very nervous but dental assistant spoke to her and reassured her. Office is very kid (and mom) friendly!
I honestly can't say better things about this office. From the friendly ready to help staff to the patient and caring techs in the back everyone is so kind. My two year old little girl walked in the practice is colorful and has a movie playing and toys for their comfort. The techs let her touch and explor the instruments which eased her into the cleaning process they only went as far as she was comfortable with. she loved getting a coin to use at the treat tower and she left with a smile from ear to ear. Dr. Kailes has been my son's dentist since his first dental appointment. Her office and staff is absolutely amazing! My son LOVES her soo much!! And if he is scheduled with another dentist in her office, who are all great by the way, she goes out of her way to come in and see my son and share hugs with him!! I can remember one particular time she wasn't in the office, the staff called her, and she made her way there to see my son. Thanks to her and the awesome staff she has my son loves the dentist!! My son is not too excited about all the "sensations" at the dentist, but he always leaves with a smile. Staff is all so accommodating to his special needs and make it a fun and relaxing environment for him as possible.
Working in the field of dentistry normally I could go to an office and find a multitude of issues. Not so at this office. I arrived early to fill out some paperwork I was greated and handed a breakdown of my insurance and the plan of treatment for today with estimated fees. This was perfect no need to worry after the fact of my charges. I had been to another pediatric dental office previously with my son to which I ended up doing the cleaning.
