The doctors and hygienists are always so good with my son! He's 3 years old and actually LIKES going to the dentist which makes this mama's life so much easier!
Dr. Kailes and all who work in her office make our children feel like family. The love and caring they treat each child with is second only to their professionalism and patience. They are informed and patient and always greet our children with a smile. We wouldn't consider taking our children anywhere else.
My son has been going to dr.keiles since he was 4 years old. When we moved to st Augustine I tried to take my now 8 years old to a new place closer to us but after just one consultation the answer was clear. We are going back where my boy is not not afraid of the dentist but goes there appily.

The patience of the staff and the time they take to make sure my son is comfortable is outstanding. I had to juggle two appointments for both my children and the staff was very helpful. While wrangling my daughter, the hygienist cleaned my son's teeth and kept me in the loop of what was going on in his chair. I normally go back with him, but this time he went on his own and I was shown to his area when done with my little. They make the dentist fun and not scary!
Great first visit to introduce my daughter to the dentist. Caring staff! Tips to help make the struggle of brushing a bit easier and what to look for in the future that may be of concern were very helpful.
Dr Kailes and her staff were so good at knowing what kids need to be comfortable with dental issues. My daughter needed a tooth "wiggled out" (pulled) it went amazingly! She didn't even need ibuprofen later. We're extremely happy we found this practice 😄
