My mom had treatment at Kadlec this week on the 6th floor. Very relaxing atmophere and ALL the staff were attentive, thoughtful and warm. Thank you. �

My son had a referral from his pediatrician to have a speech evaluation with speech therapy at Kadlec. Kadlec scheduling calls me the day of the appointment to cancel and they have no more appointments anywhere and can't schedule him for an evaluation. We got put on the on call list. It's been months and they still can't get my son an evaluation. Looks like we'll be going back to his pediatrician and getting a referral for speech through trios.

Kadlec physical therapy is run by an inept team of very un-professionals. 2 out of my 4 visits for therapy, the therapist didn't show up. The other 2 times they were late. I will find somewhere else to go. I would recommend that you do the same.

There are some good providers and staff in the Kadlec system (for example the NICU) but overall the wait times for appointments are terrible, you often have to wait well past your scheduled appointment time, and there is rarely any follow up beyond what the patient initiates. I've had several physicians apologize for how crappy Kadlec is. Unfortunately for certain services they are the only game in town, but we try our best to go elsewhere (like Trios) whenever possible.

Shout out to the nurses in the ICU OR and to Dr. Poi for the fistula revision surgery on July 28, 2016. Also, to my anesthesiologist (can't remember her name) for taking care of me knowing how worried I was about anesthesia.

My daughter recieved a sports injury and we could not get her into her Primary Care physician so we had to go to Urgent Care just to find out she was indeed injuried and needed to go to to Physical Therapy BUT that referral would have to come from her Primary Care Physician ...so now we have both Urgent Care and Primary Physician bills to pay in addition to the Physical Therapy!
