Absolutely ridiculous! Horrible place waiting for over 2 hours still waiting while all the nurses sit around talking about lunch Facebook and smoking!! Whole also calling their friends to bs for over 15 min. The only thing they tell us is the doctor will be here shortly over and over again! Lazy and inconsiderate 0 stars and they need to get new jobs!
This an excellent hospital the staff is very caring and the food is excellent
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: While at my appointment w/ Dr. Hornell today, Chad the M/A was arrogant, rude, tacky, disrespectful, mean, . I will NEVER EVER go back to that clinic. I already have found someone that is compatible for my care. Chad should not be allowed to work at the clinic!! You NEVER get that rude to patients the way he was very rude to me. I gave birth to my baby here it was such an amazing experience they stayed on my birth plan and I was able to go home sooner with this baby then my first. Great nursing staff! Hope to be a part of the kadlec team some day!
Great experiences with delivering my 3rd and 4th babies!!
The most thing i liked about this hospital are the doctors and the nurses.. i spent 4 days and got the help i needed and liked how they took care of my baby and i. I totally recomend it to people.
How can you trust that surgery will be ok, when the scheduling is a completely incompetent...
Whenever I call to make an appointment because I'm sick, my kids are sick, or my husband is sick, they primary care clinic NEVER has any openings for at least two days - sometimes it's over a week away! What am I supposed to do, urgent care is only a partial solution especially when my hubby needs to get a referral for his back for PT - the first appt is TWO weeks out - his back has been hurting for months - and they wouldn't schedule him with anyone else in the office except for who is listed as his primary care provider.
