The NICU is the dirty little secret in a dark corner of the hospital where no one wants to go but where miracles happen every day! The nurses are amazing in the nicu my son was there for 9 long weeks every question I Had or anything they were right there to help and didn't make me feel stupid for asking or like I was at fault for having my son so early! Love them!
I've had nothing but positive experiences at Kadlec- from L&D to ER visits to imaging appointments. I have always been impressed with the service, care, attention, and professionalism.
I believe if it weren't for Dr Hokema and staff in the ICU I wouldn't be here today. My family was VERY impressed with the ICU during my stay there in May 2013 and then rehab in late June and July. Family who visited other family members out of state in ICU said my care was a step above in comparison. Thank you!
I was life flighted from Joseph Oregon a couple weeks ago to Kadlec and my treatment from staff was poor, I am epileptic and was not treated very well, I can feel my seizures coming on and when I would use the call button to warn someone the nurses took forever to come in and would be irritated because I was seizing and would get rude with me when I finally stopped seizing and came to! It's rediculous I will never go back if I have a choice
They weren't real busy but yet they seem to be very prepared for me got me right in looked at the problem took care of it decided what they were going to do right away it was all taken care of I start to finish I was out of there in 45 minutes and that's pretty good for her and she room and real nice people real friendly staff

I enjoy going here...dr's are good to me. Listen to what i say & listen, explain every test result. The staff always greats me by name even though i dont know them. Dr.'s are very clean there nice and direct. On time no matter what.
Dear Kadlec, Is the ER really the most appropriate place for a survey when we are waiting for the results from a CAT scan? Invasive and unprofessional.
