Staff was very helpful and friendly! Helped me mutiple times find my way around and made sure my mother was as comfy as she could be.
The staff here has been so wonderful with trying to find out everything that is wrong with me. It has been a long drawn out procedure.
We have always gone to Kadlec hospital and have always been treating with empathy, compassion, and conversations� etc.... and yes there have been a few times it wasent so great through the years my family and I have gone but they work long hours, see sick and grumpy patients so there intitled to have bad days. We're human�
I was admitted the first week of October, all the staff are amazing!! They care about the patients and it shows!! I was informed of every test and such, nurses always had time to answer my questions!! The food is awful but that's just my opinion!!

I was just there with my wife they took blood and didnt do anything with it it sat on the counter the whole time they said she didnt have bronchitis but then perscribed to medicines to treat bronchitis horrible
Wonderful care for my wife's labor. Nurses were extremely helpful. Anaesthesiologist was very good. Facility is top notch!
Because Kadlec makes it very difficult to make a complaint about one of their clinics I'm making it here. I have been going to Kadlec West Kennewick Primary Care for about a year now. I see them for my ADHD medication too. I get three months of prescriptions in advanced for my ADHD meds which is really nice because I work the same hours they do and it's really hard to get over to them except on Wednesday's when I have off.
