Nice and friendly property agents. The best you can ask for.
Be aware, they even leave fake reviews for themselves to bring up that appalling rating. E.g. Eli Hall actually works for them yet has left reviews... Conflict of interest and disgusting business practices. This was the same staff member who verbally abused a young female and threatened them with abuse and illegal acts. 😳 Watch out as other comments state, get legal help and take evidence of your entire stay or these people are out to gouge your eyes out for money.
Photograph all issues during tenancy and especially when leaving. Involve council and legal advice or services whilst involved with this company. Ceiling fell in, expected rent to still be paid for an uninhabitable property.
