I've rented a studio flat from KPL, located area Mudchute Park for a few years. The studio was great, it included a shared area as well, although rarely used it as the studio itself included most things needed. All bills were included. I never had any issue with the company, always a good vibe. I've now handed my notice and we've arranged the final aspects, i.e. the deposit.
