Roof seal broke on motorhome so took to k&I to see if they could help , from first contact at reception very friendly and helpful , to good inspection of damage, and repair was done to very high standard , thank you all very much for a friendly professional service!
Friendly and accommodating
We were referred to K&I by our Motorhome engineer for a damp check. Superb in depth check and we were very surprised at how cheap it cost. Thanks to Andy & Scott for a brilliant professional service. Would highly recommend there services for all Motorhome checks.
Absolutely shocking service. After going in to let them have a look at my vehicle in July/August time they told me they would make a few calls for parts and call me back within the week. I said I needed this done by October and they said it shouldn't be a problem. Needless to say no call, even after me calling numerous times to be told AGAIN someone would call me. I would understand if they couldn't get parts or did not want the job etc but no call to even update me and clearly forgotten about.
