Kenny did an amazing job of fully tiling my en-suite bathroom. He is so courteous and polite and it was an absolute pleasure to have him around. He put lots of protection down to cover my flooring and was so tidy and respectful of my home. He sets high standards for himself which is rare these days and stayed very late on the final day to get the job finished even though he still had a long drive home. My wife chose KB Tiling after trawling google and review sites. Kenny came round and priced the job soon after first contact. We took an age to choose our tiles and Kenny was still happy to advise with no pressure. Once ordered Kenny booked us in and even delivered our tiles with John from the shop. Kenny was an absolute pleasure to deal with, really friendly guy, very professional, walked us through exactly what he was going to do and followed it through to the letter. He also turned up exactly when he said he would and gave us some great advice and design ideas along the way.
