Staff was great. They just need a HOT TUB. Other than that the hotel was great

I cannot find a negative thing to say about this hotel.....from the moment we arrived they made of feel welcome. Very comfortable, ocean view and air conditioned room was perfect. Thank you for the great time.
Everything has been absolutely wonderful at the JW. The location is great - close to the beach, pier, restaurants, and shopping. Our room is beautiful and comfortable with an ocean view. The food has been excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive . We're having a great time.
Just got here and check in was amazing. MJ made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel with his personalized service. The valet and bell hop was seamless. Great location within walking distance of restaurants etc. Hope the rest of our stay is just as great!

Nasty run down hotel in desperate need of retraining their cleaning staff. Complete with an over priced view and soundtrack of the street.
Felt like quality was sub-par for a JW, so keep in mind that rating is based on typical JW expectation. Arrived at 5:30pm and room wasn't ready (even though a late check out is 1 pm). Ended up being given a street view room even though I was hoping for an ocean view after using tons of loyalty points. Came with family over Spring break 2016. Hotel undergoing renovation in next year so beware. AC and heat controller don't work even after several requests. Leaky facets in sink and poor ventilation after showers. Under staffed ... read more
