Jay was amazing and did everything she could to make our stay OUT OF THIS WORLD. Thanks to everyone there for spectacular service.
Service was great. People awesome but the room I booked was misleading, in terms of size and view, none of the phones worked in the room either. Not great for such a great brand!
Fastest room service and delicious food. They were very accommodating during the unfortunate pier incident last night.
