I went for lunch and drinks by the pool with my family and even though I paid cash, I later realized the next day that they had charged my card for $105 dollars. I called their general manager and never heard back from him. IF YOU GO HERE BE CAREFUL AND PAY ATTENTION TO THE CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. Kevin was our waiter and Yasmin the pool bar manager. They both played dumb and did not return the money!!

Stayed for four days and had such wonderful service. Most notably from Tano, who went above and beyond in helping my family have an enjoyable stay. Thank you to all the staff who made the stay such a pleasure.

I continue to be impressed beyond words of the level and quality of service from the management and staff…without a doubt, they facilitate and encourage a superb atmosphere that balances business and "home"! It's rare to find a hotel of any level these days where one is both excited to visit as well as saddened to leave. JW Marriott Le Merigot has become annual home away from home anytime I'm even close to the LA area!
