RecommendedAbsolutely every person who works here, front desk, concierge, bar, wait staff, valet, bell service, etc has provided ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. They truly go above and beyond!!
I am titanium platinum whatever. Use points ask for an upgrade. Nothing. Says suites are for paying guest vs guest using points. So my 90 nights a year at Marriott means nothing here I guess. Not very accommodating. Then go to pool. See a waitress worker ask her for a drink food menu. Try to order but told not taking orders now you can always just walk up to the bar. Oh ok thank you. Won’t be back. Canceled 2 night stay. Only staying one night. Will use points at a better property. Pissed of guest and bonvoy member.
Loved this hotel and location. Stayed here for a quick last minute getaway and from the moment my children and I walked in the door we experienced outstanding customer service from every staff member we interacted with. Dionće at the Front Desk was absolutely wonderful and answered all of our questions (and my daughters walked away saying how nice she was when interacting with them). This is our go-to for stay-cations. Customer service is usually outstanding, but is always fixed right away by the managers if not. We have enjoyed many stays here. in the summer the pool is fun and family-friendly with plenty of pool toys, and just feet from the beach!
