Excellent service nice room and view
The hotel is very outdated. From the front lobby to the rooms, small dining spaces that have limited hours it’s just ’limited’. The rooms are something out of the late 90s with super hard beds, paper thin walls and doors that don’t close without extra effort. This hotel doesn’t even deserve the Courtyard name, let alone JW. The only saving grace is the valet staff were awesome, otherwise I’d give it a zero stars if there was a ranking.

Relaxing pool and spa amenities were great. five plus front desk service.
We love visiting at least twice a year for a stay-cation. We are LA locals, but feel like we are far from home at this property. Fantastic service, beautiful setting and easy vibe. We especially love grabbing complimentary chairs, towels and boogie boards and heading out to the sand, just a few steps from the pool area. I highly recommend a visit no matter what part of the world you are coming from!

Location is walking distance to everything! Rooms are large and very comfortable. Staff is welcoming and helpful especially Rhina Roxy.
