RecommendedStayed here for my friends 25th birthday and wow were we in for a treat. The hotel and staff (Jessica at the front desk) were extremely friendly and nice. The room was incredible and clean with a nice balcony. Even though we did not have an ocean view we had a view of the patio and there was live music which was really nice. The robes were very luxurious, I suggest wearing them if you stay. They also have mini sized mouth wash in the bathroom, which again was extremely nice. Hasd a wonderful anniversary weekend night at the JW Marriott in Santa Monica, the place is beautiful but it was the staff, starting with Ron at the front desk, who made our time special.... Thank you Ron and to all the staff who our first class!
I randomly found this hotel looking for a room on trivago that was close to the santa monica pier. It was our first time visiting santa monica. The hotel was really nice. Just steps to the beach. And our room was massive! It was way bigger then i expected. They provided a lovely crib for our daughter. 10/10 would stay again.
This place is all about the location, the quality was alright and the room was adequate but we requested a city view room and didn’t get it. They made up for it but bringing the kids dessert and covering the valet parking charges. I would stay here again based on the convenience but it’s not like other JW Marriott that I have stayed at, no worries is was all a test through points to see if we would be blown away, meh 😕
