Thank you to the staff at the JW. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The effort to make guests feel welcome shows from the valet, front desk, bar service all the way out to the pool. Great location for a walk to all the nearby tourist spots yet still quiet.
Great place and good price compared to other hotels on the pier strip. Close to everything.

This was an impromptu trip after being stranded by Delta. So glad we came here!. The staff are incredibly nice and have taken good care of us. I especially appreciate them waiving the early cancellation fee as we attempt to get home earlier on a different airline.
I find service to be excellent. Breakfast service, receptions, concierge all of them are doing great job. Room service food was excellent.We had some issues about breakfast menu but next day they fixedly. Nice if someone listening. But for JW it's not enough. Mr Marriott wants more money for nothing. Not enough to name the hotel JW. Make this hotel proper JW and then charge for it. I find this in many JW locations like NOLA or Houston. Just MARRIOTT IS ENOUGH!
