We enjoyed our stay, amenities were good .service was also good. Spa was neat and clean. Worth staying

This place is fabulous. If you're looking to be pampered and treated with above the usual expectations....stay here! Loved the staff...spa staff and room service staff....all were exceptional.
Hotel is amazing, staff is so friendly and accomadating. I still have a day left and can't wait to come back :-)
The hotel is great but the staff are exceptional. I arrived early and Jessica at the front desk bent over backwards to get a room ready. I also had a car through the hotel and the staff made that very easy as well. Great job from Jessica and the rest of the staff. Look forward to another stay very soon !
Staff is amazing! We had a small hiccup with our room, but the manager Jessica quickly resolved the issue and upgraded our room. I'm now staying here every time I come to the Los Angeles area.
