Disappointed in the general level of service here, just not up to the standard especially being connected to the Ritz-Carlton. There were a few highlights however, Nancy in the Glance bar was great and Sommer Tyrone in the club lounge was excellent!
I like JW Marriott properties in general. It’s nice to see how LA has revitalized this area. Central location allowed me to get to both the east and west side with ease. My room, 2128, was satisfactory. The only downside with this room is that it shared a wall with a bank of service elevators, which I heard all night. I could tell that the morning shift started at 5:30 AM because that’s when the elevators started moving in earnest. The valet service is prompt and organized. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.
Lovely and amazing hotel! Walking directly (literally) to the registration counter was brilliantly divine and being able to get a room early was another unexpected treat! Everyone was exceptionally courteous, friendly, and attentive.
Great venue, great staff.
