The location was great being right across from the Staple Center and LA Live. Great energy for a great time. The bed was not comfortable.

Fabulous location, fabulous decor, EXTREMELY nice staff!! This location is perfect for downtown LA as it is right beside Staples Center, within walking distance to multiple restaurants, shopping and metro. The decor is beautiful, classy and comfortable. The staff are some of the friendliest and helpful that I have ever experienced. I will always look here first when in the downtown vicinity for accommodations!!
Staff was brilliant in every way. I’ve come down with a cold and felt awful and they graciously gave us a late check out and loaded my co worked up with all the meds and vitamin C they could find. Next time hope to feel better, but thanks for everything
