The hotel is in a great location. The staff waa great, friendly,and every helpful. This will be my choice hotel for all my visits to LA.

We flew in from Philadelphia to watch the fight. Which we missed the fight because the front desk gave us our tickets 7 minutes before the event started. We found melted ice cream in our refrigerator, condoms in the drawers, a pair of shoes and a syringe top in our room. We brought this to the Front Desk Manager's attention today around 11am. He offered no compensation for our disgusting room. We took off work to come to California for an event and now we leave totally disappointed. Your company has my phone number you could... read more
