We booked our room back in February 2016 for next weekend, the weekend of October 14-16, for a wedding. We booked a room with two queen beds, but the confirmation came in yesterday for one king bed. Seeing as how we have 3 people, I guess I'll be sleeping on the floor. Management and hotel staff couldn't come up with a solution, because they don't allow cots either. For most wedding blocks, room types are not guaranteed at the time of booking, and this is the way they are typcially set up and contracted at the JW. Hotel & room was very nice but the first night we checked in and went to bed there was food crumbs in our bed, not from us, I was very disgusted.
