The staff are very professional and go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. A wonderful place to stay!
This may be the nicest hotel in Michigan. The pool is perfect. The view is great. The rooms are impeccable. The atmosphere is upbeat. The restaurant serves delicious meals. The staff is genuinely kind and friendly. The sky bridges are convenient. However, if you do not like drifting to sleep with the distant sound of live jazz, this may not be the place for you.
From the moment we pulled up to the valet parking and every moment thereafter (reception desk,concierge lounge,the bar/ restaurant, room service,etc) I swear each member of the staff, in every area of the hotel made us feel like we were VIP customers. The level of customer service here is outstanding, and the beauty of the hotel and rooms just made for an even greater experience. I can't wait to go back.
Paid extra for the new years package, that wasnt worth it. Parties were ok but the beer prices for the party were extreme. Dont really know what we paid for the band all that did was get us in to buy drinks...wont do that again. Ridiculous prices for food there also
