The Thanksgiving buffet at Six One Six was stellar. Service was great and treated us with calm sincerity. My mom needs a wheel chair and your staff accommodated her seating needs with no problems.
What a perfect, relaxing weekend! From the rooms, pools, staff it was all great! Our favorite was the 616 food and staff was incredible. �
Beautiful view of the river and city � Excellent Service, Center Grand Rapids and walking distance to almost everything can't ask for anything more.
We stayed there this weekend for our Anniversary. What a beautiful place. Great views, great service and wonderful amenities. We even had breakfast at 616 and when I mentioned to the chef we were there for our anniversary the pastry chef sent up a small gift to the room about an hour later. Very very nice thoughtful considerate wonderful place. Can't wait to go again.
We loved everything about our stay! The steam room was amazing, the hot tub was hot and just getting away from reality was priceless.
My husband and I stayed the night due to the company I work for had thier annual party there. It all was great. We had fantastic time the room was very nice.
