For a room as pricy as this, my partner and I were hoping to get our money's worth. Apparently their $300+ rooms don't include a comfortable bed. It was like sleeping on the floor. My companion had a horrible time breathing because the mattress was that bad. He literally couldn't lay on his back. The bedding was also less comfortable than motels that I have stayed at for less than half of the price. Got 5 hours of sleep. Extremely disappointed and upset.
I went to 616 for the first time yesterday...I heard of the legend Elvis...he is real...and he is the king of omelettes. My server Nick was awsome also, but his name isnt as cool as Elvis' sooooo.... �
Excellent hotel. Clean rooms comfy bed free bottle water and the breakfast buffet is outstanding

Best staff to work with. Friendly, warm and full of smiling faces. From the moment you step on the property, your greeted by the fantastic valet team to the time you check out with front desk team with an amazing farewell. All the departments staff members within the JW Marriott, make you feel like your part of the JW family. We look to forward to welcoming you home soon!
The experience at this hotel was fabulous. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The accommodations were fabulous the beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. I had an amazing view of the river from my room. It appears that most of the rooms have a nice view. The service was fabulous Nancy in the Sundries store made my stay extra special by sending chocolate and diet sodas up to my room as a nice surprise.
