This hotel is an exceptional place to stay in downtown GR. My family of 7 came and the buffet is delicious, ALL the staff is helpful and knowledgeable, the faculty is clean and interesting, the pool/workout area is very nice (especially the eculiptus steam room), even the valet rocks! Just a joy to visit and we will be back. Room service is great, so quick! (Even had Haagen daz ice cream in a pint) :-)

My wife and I stayed here on 03/27/2017. The staff was very professional and eager to help with any question I had. I want to say thank you to the staff at JW Marriott. You made my stay enjoyable and I will be happy to return. Hopefully the management sees this and passes down the great evening I enjoyed with my wife due to the attentive staff at the JW Marriott.
