The service is excellent every single time! They never miss a beat EVER. Great dining experience with phenomenal staff. I would recommend over and over.

The JW is always a great experience. Just steps from dinner, the concert venue and nightlife, it was the best spot to enjoy our time in Grand Rapids.
First time staying at the JW in Grand Rapids. Riverview room was spectacular!! Lobby does not offer many options, but man what a nice place!! I visit GR often and will be staying every time from here on out at the JW!
