Justine is phenomenal. Attentive, caring, warm. You can tell she values her clients and takes her craft seriously. My experience was great from the very beginning - Justine gave me all the instructions on how to access the building, where to park etc. The room was very clean, nice fluffy towel, the oils she used were high quality and smelled lovely.
