Great team at Just Move. Professional and courteous
Great experience overall. I am rewriting my review after seeing how Lisa and Sarah are professionally dealing with the issue I'm having in my apartment. Everyone I have dealt with in Just Move is amazing and lovely. I had an issue in the apartment I rent, Sarah and Lisa dealt with the problem in a professional way, including speaking with other parties such as the landlord and the building management team, finding solutions, and keeping me updated. As a small independent estate agent, Just Move have been excellent in selling a property for us. Being able to pick up the phone and actually speak to a real person and knowing they will return calls offers real piece of mind. They were very proactive when things needed chasing and were 100% reliable. I will definitely be using then next time I need an estate agent, irrespective of the property location.
I have been using a previous company for 15 years and I have to say that the team have been extremely helpful and Sarah has been great in assisting me with my past issues. I would highly recommend for landlords and also tenants. Thank you for your continuous support.
I went to view a property today. I met with Mike Kenny who showed me around the property. He was so genuine and kind. Not pushy to get a “quick easy sale” Offered me advice, when he didn’t have to. I truly appreciate it.
